VI Meeting in Madrid in 2011 Edublogs

Like other year around this time, and is prepared Edublogs Meeting to leave as well as the five previous editions and the illusion of being able to see again all our virtual friends to meet more people passionate about new technologies. We're going to have a good time while we count our educational experiences and learn new things about Web 2.0. Those who already have participated before, we know the waste of enthusiasm and energy that cause the Meetings of Edublogs, so I hope to keep talking.
And this year played in Madrid. What can we who do not know that one of the most welcoming cities in the world? We in the university area, where not so hot, but we plan to make some trips to downtown Madrid to savor life in all its intensity. The cultivation of friendship is important in our meetings, and enjoy it on the street and while eating dinner in restaurants or well chosen.
Yet, the truth is worth go to Madrid this summer and attending the Sixth Meeting of Edublogs. Over there they say: From Madrid to heaven , hence the slogan From Madrid to tag. See you soon.

Can You Have A Phantom Period During Menopause?

important thing is not the technology ...

... but what your students can do with it. Jordi wrote an article yesterday on his blog with which I agree fully. We're sick of hearing that what matters is not technology, but what we can do with it. In fact, this phrase is now the slogan of a famous brand of mobile phones. But for my taste and aimed at teachers, we might rework it a little: "what matters is not technology, but what your students can do with it."

Firstly, the tools exist to serve our purposes and should not impose its logic or the purpose for which they were designed and marketed.

Second, what matters is not what teachers do, but what they can do (and thus learning) students.

Thirdly, has anybody raised the amount of "artifacts" that can build cultural ... sorry, that our students can build with ICT?
Help me make a list. To me, I could think of these in a while:
  • Texts (all types and gender, individual and collective)
  • Images (Photos, synthesis)
  • Drawings (diagrams, artistic, etc.).
  • Graphics (Climograma, charts, statistics ...)
  • Hypermedia (websites)
  • Concept maps, mind maps, etc.
  • Comics Posters Presentations
  • multimedia Audio, Video
  • music, animations
  • Games Simulations
  • Map
  • multimedia (geolocation)
  • multimedia Timelines (schedules)
  • And more "stuff" not yet have a name :-)
Each type of device we can associate a series of tools to create it. We can go to Cool Tools for Schools and see the selection of tools that we face. And every week there are new. But what is most important, in my opinion, is not the tool or action by action, but they can decide what artifacts we propose to create our students in terms of what cognitive processes aim to promote and what objectives and in particular, criteria for evaluation of the curriculum we want to work. We can also decide which devices "line up" better with the curriculum content and what is the methodology teaching most appropriate in our context, for our students, their background, can perform a task or activity concreta.Todos these steps, the curriculum to the artifacts and the organization of the task is simply the key educational use of ICT.

What Day Do You You Scan A Pregnant Dog

Social Networks Web 2.0 Day

months ago began to prepare the arrival of new technologies in secondary schools, what will happen next year across the board. That's when the students who attends sixth grade and that for two courses in the program Eskola reach the ESO 2.0 with a computer in hand. And though we are already several sites that are already rolling with this new to experience, that is when the teachers at this level, everyone in general, have to face the challenge of providing education in a different way.

Therefore, yesterday in Eibar, the "BIHE" organized a conference where they talked about web 2.0 and social networking. Worthwhile. It should be noted intervention for Lauren Rosen on cooperative learning, with the help of Web 2.0 and social networking. All information on the conference soon on the web organizers.

The "death" of Bin Laden Educators

Incorporated of "Teacher in high school"
These days the Americans were celebrating his death and not euphoric constrained in their enthusiasm. About ESO sophomores insistently asked me today if I was glad that he had been killed. What could I say? I felt no joy. Was more complex, I have not taken as a personal matter. I've realized that I hated and I was glad of his death. How glad I the death of one of abject to be? I would be indecent to bring out my feelings find satisfaction in death. I thought about it and I was led to the idea of \u200b\u200bchain of causality.

America encouraged and funded the rise of horror mechanism then hit him in his heart. An apocalyptic terrorist attack brought down the Twin Towers , triggered two wars that have not yet finished and has killed hundreds of thousands of innocent civilian lives and more than three thousand American soldiers. Now poetic justice appears to be fulfilled and the evil has got what he deserved and even his body and is fed to the fish. "It will end the spiral of causality there? Or are humans and they will be the next victims and that they walk with the sign of revenge for his death on the front?

Human history is cyclical and enigmatic. Nothing reaches to suggest what will happen in the coming years, and whether this death was the end of a cycle or the beginning of another. Sometimes violent death stands symbols that are more difficult to combat than actual characters.

0.0: Excuses to reject technology and deserved

Back from vacation I found an "interesting and debatable" article published in "edu-morphosis " that includes great comments and views of some colleagues. In any case recommended reading to all those who today began the last quarter of the course:

Since 1999 I had the pleasant experience to enter the field of higher education. Over the last thirteen years I have held various positions at the faculty and staff. Since my first experience has always motivated me to utilize technology as a support resource for reflective praxis, access to current information, connecting new learning, increased levels of productivity, streamline processes / procedures, socialize / talk, collaborate and get involved in innovative projects. Since I entered the field of eLearning 've been engaging in conversations with teachers from different disciplines and administrators about their thinking about technology in the educational context.

In this article I share a number of reasons why teachers are reluctant to use technology their classes. It is possible that some of these occurring in their work environment, others do not come to the case and there are situations you have not taken into consideration. Anyway Instructional Technologists have a duty to work with the resources available to help teachers to address the learning difficulties of students in these times of information transmediatización:
  • I know nothing about technology, I have fear : The main reason for not using technology in the classroom is total fear and ignorance about the instrumentality of resources software, applications, formats and systems. Therefore prefer to continue doing things the same way as always. You can not impose the use of technology to swallow it, but you can work on projects of higher level of complegidad to go gradually adapting and generate a change in attitude ( mindware ). Start by using the operating system and some office is a good alternative to start the process of adaptation.
  • I do not know how to use it in my classes : Some people use office software (MS Office ™). Bravo! But have not the slightest idea design elements of teaching resources for eLearning . I have seen presentations of 300 slides crammed with text and images. With great humility and respect I have recommended split, but some refuse to do so. Do not want to spend working, or not know how? Other educators only use email as a tool for eLearning because it is the best they manage. Many of them have no idea of \u200b\u200bconvergence between software, web services, applications, add- ons, widgets, mashups, resources, systems and formats, so they spend the triple-job creating teaching materials. A common example is when they send their content to Google mail, instead of using Google Docs, SlideShare, Box.net, Dropbox Scribd or slip as resources información.Lo same applies to those who have ventured to use Platform LMS / CMS Moodle , BlackBoard, and Chamilo Edu 2.0. Just using them as repositories of learning content to be read by students and as a means of administering standardized tests online. These practices are not intended as eLearning , but as E-reading and eTesting. Transcribe what appears in textbooks, add linear presentations in PowerPoint ™ , then pass standardized tests, is doing the same from yesterday integrating the tools of tomorrow. There are no bilateral communication, interaction, exploration, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • technology we have here is poor : There are institutions with limited technology resources to the community. This creates a series of scheduling conflicts and internal struggles for the frequency of use and levels of priority. Consequently, many educators use discarded dilemmas not to enter their co-workers. There are situations where you have to move from one place to another in a hurry to print, scan images and download videos or assemble presentations.
  • The Internet does not work well : Poor network infrastructure communication with the use of obsolete equipment makes a mess all attempts of structuring innovative technological experiences. This creates anxiety, malaise, discontent and contempt for technology. Sure, you lose a lot of class time waiting for pages and external links are downloaded on the screens. After all, what can not do well with technology in the room, you can do better with the blackboard, chalk, paper and textbooks.
  • physical facilities are inadequate : Many institutions educational operating today have a weak electrical infrastructure. Electricity consumption for air conditioning consoles causes fluctuations of voltage and constant power outages damage equipment. Once damaged, it takes weeks and months to repadaros or replaced. This is compounded by the problems of water leakage when it rains. To make matters worse, there has been an alarming increase in the theft of resources technology in recent years. The money needed to buy paper and ink is spent on the installation of fences and locked doors.
  • I have no technical / technological : Ray! With few technicians who work for a community of 200 or 300 people, how effective can provide technology support? Who provides technical support in the evening and night? Usually there is no staff at these times because it is costly to school / college maintaining a very high payroll. In the absence of specialized personnel, working in teams is a good alternative. Unfortunately, We do not encourage educators groupware for work collaboratively and establish support networks. Everyone paddles to his side. The truth is that schools and universities should recruit educational technologists and instructional designers as a resource teacher support. But at this point we have administrators who are unaware of educational technologists and instructional designers.
  • available resources do not work well : In most cases, there is very little technical personnel who work in the Technology Centers Information to repair computers, give them proper maintenance and optimization. How is it possible that one or two employees attend all laboratories, computers, clerical staff, administrative and teaching? And when they spread computer viruses, let alone ... We have to wait days / weeks for the can be repaired. The truth is that there are still educators with access to computers and software versions obsolete. This significantly limits their productivity. There are places available technological equipment virtually obsolete. There's not much they can do. It's amazing to see that some teachers still use outdated versions of MS Explorer ™ on their computers without knowing how to update them and without knowing that there are other Web browsers a lot better than they have. I saw classrooms where the projection screen is installed on a Across the room, but the projector points toward the opposite side. Sometimes the projectors do not have the cable to connect to the computer, or do not see the control to turn the projector is installed above the ceiling give yourself. When you go looking for the technical staff do not find it anywhere.
  • This is very complicated for me : For many educators engaging in technological projects Innovative is a headache because it increases their academic load and agrees to be more immersed in the process of student learning. But is not that the fundamental purpose of the educator? We pay for creating, designing, structuring, research, produce, manage, innovate, share and communicate. Unfortunately, there are those who are dedicated to consume what others have published extracts from copying and pasting ideas into their presentations. Then, dare to add authorship rights to their educational content. To top it off, have the gall to demand that students use APA format in their projects. Many educators have reached working full-time salaries part-time. Once dictate his lectures, collected his things and go to college. Perhaps this is to teach? We must change our mindware to do things our students comfort and suit the way we teach the classes. My educational paradigm is quite the opposite, we are educators who have to adapt to the needs of our students. If we have to spend more job creating, designing, structuring and interacting for the benefit of the students have to do it.
  • I feel very comfortable @ well, why change : There are teachers who prefer to be tipilipopos (on a chalk board, books and PowerPoint) because they understand that students are interested to learn what he / she will teach in their classes. Definitely, change that paradigm and make them understand that their teaching practices are no longer attractive nineteenth century. Communication tools and learning discern today are not the same as we educators we used in our times of college. The student of today does not come to hear what is said in the textbook, is to allow him to think, express, create, explore, discover, produce and innovate what has been done for years ...
You may have heard phrases like these at some point:
  • " This technology costs a lot to us " Incorporating technology in the educational context is not an expense, is a great investment. A textbook in the hands of the student provides knowledge, but a computer in the student's hands is to put the world in his hands. Those who think so have not the slightest idea of \u200b\u200bthe enormous savings that would leave the institution to reduce paper consumption, ink cartridges and photocopier. Those who do not use the most are completely unaware of anything that could reinvent. If not know nothing of technology educators consultation with experts who know the equipment necessary to undertake projects leading techno-educational.
  • " Technology is a distractor " We live in a time of transmediatización environments. Today's education competes with other external elements that distract the attention of any student. "These social tools of Facebook, MySpace and Twitter distract attention from the students' , say many educators. The truth is that although there is no technology in the classroom, there are other factors that distract students' attention. Does the boy or girl @ attractiv side turns out to be a distraction?
  • " If I do not pay, I will not ": There are teachers who think they deserve extra financial rewards for getting involved in technology projects. Therefore, if the university / school does not pay, just do not participate in any project. This is an additional burden that deserves to be rewarded in some way , in the opinion of some. The truth is that we pay to create innovative educational experiences to produce new results. The interest on money, extra compensation or privileges have nothing to do with the learning process of our students.
  • " I got to where I had to get ": It is our duty to constantly update us as educators have to make lawyers, doctors, engineers, nurses and other professionals. Apparently, after acquiring a master's or doctoral degree, some believe that the learning process is one terminal and no longer need to learn anything else. The title acquired becomes an end. In this 21st century is no longer functional specialization. Versatility and professional transvergencia today is of vital importance to the expansion of horizons. We can not anchor ourselves in our own knowledge, because they limit our competitiveness. Learning is a continuous process and has no end.
  • " I do not like losing my privacy " Many educators believe that the course is taught entirely theirs. take refuge in the academic freedom to justify inefficient and unproductive. Who monitors whether it is teaching the course with the quality indicators required? I know of cases where teachers face courses finish early, others assign the tasks and do not meet the class. The same conditions for classroom education can occur in virtual mode. Not much difference! For me, it's easier evaluate the quality of an online course that the quality of a classroom course. But some educators do not agree that they are evaluated in this type of learning because they discover the huge circle of comfort that have developed over the years. Many accrediting agencies require that academic programs have courses available on platforms of web course management (LMS), and also require that teachers have their digital identity. The professional of today must demonstrate their progress and developments throughout his career.
  • " Students fear the technology ": Could it be that your students hate their methodology teaching? If you are afraid of technology, why each day there are more students log onto the WiFi on every corner. Investigates why more places like surf, what they do online, how to have fun, how they would like to learn. If your scores are poor, first investigating what happens in the course before reaching the wrong conclusions. The technology does not correlate with success or failure in the materials. Rather, they relate to processes that take place in the learning environment. The technological resources have not determined the level of student learning. It's what we do with what we have that determines whether or not any use. Many Sometimes students diagnosed with learning problems, but we do a thorough analysis to recognize that we who suffer from serious deficiencies in education.
  • " I have no time to answer messages, doubts and questions outside of class time " Many questions arise out of class time. It is the responsibility of the educator to offer virtual office hours to meet the needs of their students. Socialization creates virtual environments where students interact with each other and collaborate for learning. I know teachers that do not open your emails or not regularly access their online courses to meet the needs of their students. So what the hell designed for an online course?
  • " Wow, I have no Internet at home ": This is one of the cheapest excuses I've heard in my life. Today a teacher needs to be connected to the website and need a car to get to their workplace. Be connected to the web is not a luxury but a necessity that allows you to extend your level of productivity and communication skills and constant updating of knowledge. Having a computer today is not a luxury but an essential working tool with which you can do wonders. If this site is the gateway to knowledge, as a wife to an educator (generator of knowledge) remains disconnected from the world we live.
  • "" Technology for what? "If I retired / retired soon! : Being close to retirement is not an impediment to learning new and productive. Being retired does not mean that education no longer need to be aware of what is happening in the world. I know fellow retirees who want to learn to use technology to contribute to society from other dimensions. Why waste your experiences? You can make as many innovative projects with people withdrawn: consulting, civics, mentoring, coaching, links comuntaria, advice, counseling / mentoring, etc..
  • " time I have no time to learn to use technology when I'm engaged @ in many committees and institutional projects " I recognize that we need to make on matters relating to college / school, but we must also create a balance to keep updated on our disciplines, conduct research, create, socialize, learn new techniques and teaching strategies. We can not throw us out over all the responsibilities of the institution. Total, are full of indispensable cemeteries . When you miss it will come a new person to fill your space.
  • " Bah ... that's a lot of work to correct " So we assess what is easier to teach, not what is really essential to learn. Read essays, research papers , case studies, presentations and project evaluation is tedious for some. It is therefore easier to administer a standardized test that can be corrected automatically. Have questioned whether the instructional activities are useful for their students to become creative citizens, responsible and happy. Our students need to learn or traditional Concepts declarative, processes, procedures, rules and repetitive patterns. But we also need to learn to learn, reliable information access, filtering, discern, make judgments, deconstruct, reconstruct, take risks, learn from failure, connect new knowledge, be part of global discussions and develop the skills to manage uncertainty Century 21. To educate is to promote the development of divergent thinking to solve crisis or adversity. If it is for repeat / transcribe what the texts say, anyone can be an educator today without training in pedagogy.
  • " What I produce is mine and nobody else "Save what you have is to let it rot in the trunk of date. It is allowing your brain to atrophy from disuse. Many educators prefer to reinvent the wheel again and a thousand times, before using a material designed by a colleague. Some think that what they believe is a unique piece of collection sebe be kept locked in his personal museum. Too bad they do not realize that thousands of people have already created Related content much better quality. The truth is that today's mentality restricted by © ® has begun to change thanks to: Open Content, Creative Commons, OpenCourseWare, Mooca, Open Access and other movements that promote the commons. The paradigm rooted in what is already known obsoletiza learning, because in this era, knowledge is evolving. In the 20 th century knowledge was static, durable and fairly predictable. The 21 century is transmuted, transfigured and transformed. The new paradigm of openness "openess " has shown that the value of content is growing by leaps and bounds when you share what is created. I have lived this paradigm to access eBooks, PDF articles, videos, presentations, naracciones, podcasts, webinars, webconference, streaming and other learning resources wonderful. Why Why not share the little that I produce? It's more than I get what I give. I am committed to sharing what genre with the educational community without fear that I copy my ideas.
Our educational system should no longer be a center where it employs a unique way to teach, evaluate, investigate, expose, express, act, socialize, think and manage projects. Technology is the tool of student learning. They can no longer rely on their parents and teachers to clarify their doubts. They rely on your laptop, iPad, iPhone, Android, Tablet, Slate or any device connection to the Web to find what they need.

deny young people access to social networks is to limit their adaptation to the social customs and practices of the context in which they live, de-capitalized in terms of certain assets would be most useful in the future, as social and relational capital (Dolors Reig, 2010). The purpose of technology is to complement what is offered in person, not replace the teacher and the socializing power. It is a question that Conet students to participate in experiences of formal and informal learning. Interactive activities in which socialize, discuss, debate, participate in dialogic encounters, guided information search and involvement in transnational projects. Learning to pass will not guarantee success, short or long term-in the personal, professional and socio-cultural student.

Finally, if your school does not have the technology infrastructure, support, resources and social partnership, venture to learn independently. Learn to master the tools invisible cloud. See what others are doing in their digital environments, create derivative works, use others as reference designs and shows what can be done with technology to improve your teaching practice. Do not look for excuses to avoid the technology. If your students, fellow teachers and administrators are not interested in becoming, do not fret or be misled by the mainstream of immobility. Do not become an Educator 0.0. Instead, be proactive and learn to share @ network with other professionals to explore new philosophies, theories and educational paradigms that are practiced today in different environments, social collaboration.'ll See that information come to you alone.

The web has been my center of continuing education and professional studies. A learning center invisible, informal, decentralized, where he shares a huge flow of knowledge with professionals from around the world. Everything I've learned I share in educational events and virtual. Who does not want to adapt to technological change has only two options: grudgingly retraining or retirement.

Reason NOT FOR HEALTH fear Copaga

Elpais.com article published in the May 10, 2011 Jaume Puig-

Junoy and Marisol Rodríguez Martínez

While almost no one questions our pharmacy copayment, although that requires urgent reform, there is a priori rejection to assess the appropriateness Other co-payments introduced in the health system.

Nine of the 15 countries of the EU-15 are co-payments for all types of services: doctor visits, hospitalizations, pharmacy, dental and other services such as emergency, diagnostic tests, medical transportation, prosthetics, etc. Of these nine countries, seven have a health system that responds to the Social Security model (model Bismark) and two Nordic countries (Finland and Sweden) with the national health system Beveridge. Social security systems usually have a higher coverage level, as stipulated and defined explicitly, with great level of choice and many co-payments.

in national health systems in Northern Europe the coverage is often also large, but also pay more taxes and there are many co-payments, although limited in amount and usually linked to income level. In no country is equated with free universal access absolute time to use the services.

is well known that when something is fully insured, individuals tend to show less care to conserve and care. Moreover, as we have already paid "and it cost us zero in the time of consumption, we tend to over-consumption. The objective of copayments is threefold: moderate consumption, co-responsible citizens, to get the services not to consume less valuable than those not to affect health and, sometimes, serve as additional source of funding health. Misapplied, however, have problems.

If there are no limits or maxima, can be a "tax" on the sickest. If not linked to income level (which may achieve exemption), the burden of co-payment ends up being much greater in terms relative in the case of the poor than for the rich. If you set uniformly regardless of the effectiveness of the service or treatment, the patient left the difficult decision to discriminate between the more valuable and less valuable.

If affecting only one type of goods or level of care, you run the risk of deviations from consumption to those goods or level was not affected and the cost ends up being higher. Finally, failure to protect the poor and the sick, may be a compensation effect and eventually generate more spending than is saved by the deteriorating health of the most seriously ill. Therefore, the debate on the copayment should not be raised as a extreme choice between yes and no.

In Spain, the design of the copayment on drugs is too simple and has not changed since 1978 and applies only to active workers, who pay 40% of the cost of the recipe, with the exception of certain drugs for chronic treatments in which the copayment is 10% with a cap of 2.64 euros. During this time we have observed that encourages overconsumption. The change of status of non-pensioner pensioner an increase in the number of recipes that otherwise would not have occurred (moral hazard): the consumption per person increased about 25% in the first year free. The financial impact for the public (free over moral hazard) may increase spending by more than 100%.

is also inequitable. To be independent of the economic, a pensioner who charge a higher pension or has an estate millionaire pays nothing, while an unemployed person or a family with young children mileurista, pays.

Ultimately, we would recommend: 1) modify the design of pharmaceutical co-payment, eliminating the arbitrary distinction between active and retired, and include outpatient hospital drug dispensing, 2) introducing a fixed co-pay visits, and in emergencies, 3 ) to introduce fees covered ancillary services and public prices for services not currently covered, 4) modular co-payments based on clinical and cost-effectiveness with copayments avoided whenever possible, and 5) implement mechanisms to protect the economically weaker and more ill. This could include setting a maximum contribution limit per quarter or year depending on family income, with total exemption from the lowest income, whether from work or pension, and special treatment for illness chronic or multiple conditions. Co-payments and other forms of contribution should not be impoverished by what the limit should be a small percentage of family income.

NEW RUNNING WITH THE HABIT OF DELAY .... SOLEDAD

sometimes seemed that the more we do, more difficult for us to begin to perform the tasks, goals and targets ... is very comfortable leaving until later the things we have in mind, but this does not We reward the satisfaction of knowing that we have achieved our goals ... valuable As women we are, we finish with the habit of postponing! "I hope things get better" - said a woman while the world was falling over. How many times have you thought or said this yourself? Perhaps many, with the flame of the heart that wants a better future. But of no use "expect, stand still at the threshold of life until things change, it is necessary to come into action. Life is this is happening and if you do not like, move.
Postponing the classic mechanism avoid making decisions imposed on us to step out of our comfort zone. is a beautiful way to avoid this and not take care of what is happening. is leave for tomorrow what you could do now to smile fully, rather than continue to face resignation. Is away from your dreams, the hopes you have for yourself and your world. turn into tomorrow's with certainty that there will be, you always have time to reach your ideal weight, visit your parents, enjoy with your partner, walk with your children, develop yourself financially. Is the effective work to justify the results have not yet.
Procrastination! Why? To not act, do not take action now. To stay in the same situation in the perennial complaint, gloat on the claim, to feel the unfairness of life and not do anything differently.

Clas ic manifestations of delay:

  • Use sleep or tired to do things.
  • Hold on to the conflicting relations waiting for it to settle disputes themselves.
  • Staying in places that do not want to be to avoid conflicts.
  • lean on stress for not following a diet or stop vicious habits.
  • Working overtime to take charge of situations not conflict, returning to your home to avoid loneliness and confront your differences with your partner or family general.
  • waiting Take non-prescription drugs magic solutions, instead of taking responsibility for what is happening to you.

postpone Benefits:

  • Avoid confronting the situations that we interpret as painful and unpleasant activities. Delete
  • changes and therefore the risks they entail. Evading
  • the likelihood of failure, shortcomings or insecurities.
  • Make others deal with what we do not want to do.
Perhaps the rewards you get to leave everything as is , not to act, to delay may seem like great opportunities. But if you do a reading you may know that interior much of what we do not like, uncomfortable or "endure" in your daily life is your lack of action. The no-action binds you to the intimate and personal view that "'s better this way than to try and not knowing the results ", "if you risk you can lose " better play it safe " however, it safe is not always synonymous with personal satisfaction.
Do not stare as the neighbor has a garden with a lawn green and abundant than yours, she has done things to achieve what he has. You can do it. And it is not necessary to wait for a Monday to start the diet after reading this article, begins to act. It's your life.

How To Make Eyeshadow With Pigments

is the name of a song I love Joaquin Sabina.

This time I will join the cliché that "nobody can be right with others if it is not himself." Subscribe to the famous phrase of pop psychology on a sunny day, as I write this because you read in the last days I've noticed how bad they are to give ourselves what we need and also what we are doing outstanding others happy without thinking if we're really happy. They say this is an evil more feminine than masculine. Men tend to selfishness and generosity women. Beware of gender clichés I say, because the truth is that over time I have known men generous and selfish women and vice versa. I've seen friends get rid of details and attention to conquer and take care of your girl while she just looks at them and I've seen women who believe that giving without asking anything in return is the only legitimate form of true love.

Solitude terrifies and seduces. Terrified because it generates silence in which we face ourselves with all our abilities and weaknesses. Terrified because we can take stock and realize how close we are apart or our emotions and needs. It also allows us to make a quick diagnosis of depression. If I is unbearable loneliness or as I run only one hit and no agenda to stay put at home or worse, in bed, is likely to be depressed.

and seduce, it may be the opportunity to do all those things we've been putting off for lack of time to adjust to someone else's agenda and a belief that is a waste of time to dedicate to our stuff. Also appealing because it opens the symbolic space where one can think, reflect and consider the elements that make rapid life and shortly we stop to feel and understand.

Another cliché that today does not sound so bad: "get your center." When I heard this phrase sounded very hippie, impractical, too metaphorical. After reading and thinking about it, I realized that is pretty accurate. It has to do to regain the balance. In yoga, for example, it is impossible to have balance in certain positions if you're not focused. If you're half loaded on the left or right body or mind, you tend to go sideways or flat to falling. Thus we also happens in life. If we are charged to a single aspect of our lives, we take the remaining balance and tend to fall. Chamba generates pure unimaginable stress, pure devote to caring for a relationship generates dependencies painful pure be the best mother in the world makes you live life through your children distanciándote of your individual projects. center in addition to balance activities in the practical sense of the term, has to do mainly with inner peace and regain the ability to respond to what happens to us, not just overreacting. Respond appropriately requires quiet, reflection, reconsider if you are walking down the path you chose, or are walking the path he chose one. Today Sunday

appreciate the opportunity to be alone in silence, no radio, no TV, no phone, no couples, no children, no hurry, no worries. Just living the present moment, feeling the wind coming through the window, watching my thoughts pass without trial, or clinging to them. Today I realized, thanks to the solitude circumstantial, that being alive is a gift really, to have physical health is too. Emotional health that comes and goes but we must try to look after her, taking care of ourselves, treating us rather to understand, validate our efforts, recognizing what hurts us, celebrating what we work out. Giving us time for us now to accept, to welcome, to let go of what hurts, to re-start something that was dropped. To fill them with books and music or leave them empty without fear of anything. All this was revealed to me today. They are sharing with the hope that the next time you are alone do not feel miserable or unhappy or sentimentality Sunday, but his own life, grateful just to breathe.

Sore Head When Swallowing

CALLED THE BODY SCREAMS ... WHAT THE MOUTH SHUT YOUR REALITY

"The disease is a conflict between the personality and soul."
Bach.

often ...

Colds "dripping" when the body does not cry. Sore throat
"plugs" when unable to communicate distress.
stomach burns when rabies can not get out. Diabetes invade
when loneliness hurts.
fat body dissatisfaction when pressed. Headache
depressed when doubts increase.
loose heart when the meaning of life seems to end.
The allergy occurs when perfectionism is intolerable.
nails defenses break down when threatened.
The chest tightens when pride slaves.
The pressure rises when fear imprisons.
The paralyzing neurosis when the inner child bullying.
fever heats up when the defenses explode the boundaries of the immunity.

knees hurt when your pride is not cowed.

Cancer kills when you get tired of "living."

And your pains silent? How to speak in your body?

Disease is not bad, it will tell you you're wrong road.

It seems nice to share this message:

The road to happiness is not right. There are curves called MISTAKES, there are traffic lights called FRIENDS , caution lights called FAMILY , and all done if you have: A spare called DECISION , a powerful engine called LOVE , a good insurance called FAITH, PATIENCE rich fuel called , but especially a skilled driver called GOD

Cost Of Cataract India

A dedicated facility for excellent students: poor but for elite athletes: either "Logic?

acknowledge that you have not finished it course, but items like the following I consider it interesting to promote a debate I do believe necessary. This I gathered from / amazings.es / I find interesting for a dispassionate debate:
Esperanza Aguirre's proposal to create a Bachelor of Excellence has created a tide of opinion, especially contrary. The main criticisms that blame brand it as elitist, say that putting in place encourage segregation and ghettoization.

is clearly a measure upon which to establish a healthy debate about the number of nuances involved in its implementation: it is they who can turn the idea into a success or a failure with terrible ease. Some, as in Otto Neurath, welcomed the measure, but it raises reasonable doubts about the details known about their possible implementation: "Why just downtown?, why only high school, how to encourage students from social backgrounds that make them less likely to reach excellence? [...] Do not have to be the opposite: pay more to teachers who stay with students less "grateful"? ".
But what is surprising is the bitter general reaction against the concept itself of the proposal. Why are seen as bad eyes? Are we evaluating the idea itself? Or perhaps there is some initial reluctance to come to him who came? I know that there are many people with critical enough to accept a good measure but comes from a person unrelated ideas, and the reverse. Perhaps, then, reactions have been affected by another kind of prejudice?
live in a country which has always taken into account when having difficulty reaching the average level in education. For the sake of "integration" are exploding formulas that seek to help this deviation from the mean by default formulas that often even advocate general of reducing the need to force this average is lower. But what about the deviations from the mean by excess? In Spain
drum and tambourine, are allowed to be anything but ready. Through Twitter, Arturo Quirantes has established a very illuminating parallel:
There is a cult of the democratization of education is not normal. We have to assume there are high ability students as there are others with less capacity. And these students also need special attention, need to be encouraged and motivated. Everything that comes out above average when we consider it elitist is just for diversity.
then we complain that we have great researchers, and leading scientists and even politicians have inept not speak English. Where are those students who excelled in both 1 of the ESO? Are likely to have fallen by the wayside, bored and tired of having to keep pace with the slower, we have lost our brightest students crushed by the weight of mediocrity.
is also controversial that there is only one center in all of Madrid, with a fixed number of places but in this case it would be the pilot experiment. In fact, it is still unclear whether it would be a single center that would benefit from this medium and would create a program with several centers spread.
And last but far from the school building seems to me excellent, yes I put my stick on the way to go. Theirs is that it could enter a note, so that, from a particular qualification, each student had the assurance to choose this school (choose as science or the arts and not having to compete for space and rely on chance from year to year) or that the student must demonstrate other skills, aptitudes and attitudes in a personal interview or endorsed by reports from their teachers. ---------
